Sam can offer online and in person yoga classes that would suit all levels. From seated warm ups to standing postures, she shapes her classes to grow the strength and awareness of the body and the mind, culminating in a beautiful class that draws on everything learnt during that period.

When asked what her personal mantra in life is, Sam found it hard to pinpoint just one as three calming and mindful phrases constantly come to mind in her day: ‘Always forward, never back.”  “Get out of your own way”,  and “one-foot in front of the other.”  She is a highly insightful, empathetic and compassionate teacher whose intention is pure in support of others. This Time Mindfully are truly grateful to welcome her to our team.
